In the afternoon of November 2, Professor Gerard Evan, a member of the Royal Society of Science and dean of the Department of Biochemistry of the University of Cambridge, together with Dr. Joyce Wong and the entourage visited the university, and the School of Biological Sciences and Medical Engineering welcomed the guests in the State Key Laboratory of Bioelectronics.
In the meeting, Professor Evans delivered an academic report about the latest research progress on the treatment of cancer. Dr. Joyce Wong introduced the Cambridge Summer Life Science Research Talents Training Program (CSSS Program), and communicated with the present students on questions like program funding and applicant qualifications.
