Recently, Prof. Gu Ning of School of Biological Science and Medical Engineering, Southeast University was appointed as AIMBE Fellow for his outstanding contribution to the development of magnetic nanomaterials for biomedical applications, as well as to the advancement of biomedical engineering and nanomedicine in China. On April 9th, 2018, AIMBE held the 27th annual conference at US National Academy of Sciences in Washington, and held the appointment ceremony at the conference for 5 Chinese scholars including Prof. Gu Ning.
AIMBE is an internationally famous non-profit academic organization in medicine and biological engineering which gathers elites in medicine and medical engineering from around the world, including 2 Nobel Prize winners, 241 academician in American Academy of Science, Academy of Engineering, and Academy of Medicine.
