The School of Materials Science and Engineering of SEU Was Included in “Nature Spotlight on Materials Science”

[Southeast University News Network, Dec. 22] (Correspondent: Tao Li) The special issue of Nature Spotlight on Materials Science on Dec. 11 reported on the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Southeast University, ranging from its historical origin to the status quo of its development, from the faculty structure to the faculty resources, from the training of talents to the achievements of scientific researches, teaching and industrialization. This is the first time that the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Southeast University has appeared on the top international platform, which has improved the domestic and foreign understanding of this college.

Nature, founded in 1869, is an international weekly science journal published by Springer Nature Group. As a world-recognized platform for displaying top scientific research results, in addition to original research papers, the editorial department of Nature also releases Nature Spotlight on a regular basis to reflect the status quo of global researches and showcase urban images and academic research results to global researchers and high-tech industry workers. Nature Spotlight is a special issue mainly released by Nature this year worldwide. It introduces the achievements and status quo of researches on materials science globally, which has triggered widespread attention and discussion among researchers in the field of materials science. This special series allows global researchers to understand China's materials science research and industrialization development, and provides information for scientists and practitioners who are looking for development opportunities in China and in the field of materials science.
